The Salesforce® CRM Developer will be a part of an international team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KTC rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees.

The Building Products IT salesforce® CRM Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all salesforce® platforms within the Georgia-Pacific BP-IT Web, Mobile and Marketing portfolio.This position will work with the Web, Mobile and Marketing Director in Atlanta, Georgia and will be required to interface daily with other IT resources including system architects, analysts, and developers.

The BP-IT salesforce® Developer will provide maintenance, support, enhancements, and custom development work to existing and future salesforce CRM platforms.The BP business and IT teams are currently undergoing a salesforce® CRM implementation project, adding salesforce® Sales, Service, Marketing and Community Cloud platforms to their overall technology stack.The role will be primarily responsible for development of the sales and service could platforms, with potential to touch other platforms as this role grows.Potential candidates may have experience working with web analytics and marketing tools such as salesforce® Einstein and Marketing cloud, Pardot, and Google Analytics.Each of the salesforce platforms have been developed to support the marketing, sales, and business processes for the Wood Products, Gypsum, and Chemicals business.Georgia-Pacific LLC is part of Koch Industries, a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments.

What You Will Do In Your Role

•Execute and deliver salesforce sales and service cloud solutions to provide a best-in-class CRM experience to our sales and service teams.

•Work with system architects and analysts to solution and create business systems within the salesforce platform.

•Collaborate with other technical team members to understand, design, and develop technical user stories using industry best practices.

•Work within our Azure Devops tool to execute against enhancement user stories in an agile environment.

•Support and maintain the existing CRM platform through bug and enhancement tickets.

•Support business stakeholders by following proper defect ticket triage processes and SLAs.

•Continually increase both business and technical knowledge to deliver technology-based solutions within salesforce® that are aligned with our business strategies.

•Write unit level test cases and perform testing in a development environment before promoting code to a testing environment.
    The Experience You Will Bring
    Requirements:

    • BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
    • 3-4 years' experience leading efforts in salesforce® ecosystems from architecture through design, development, and implementation.
    • Experience developing with Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, and Lightning Components as well as configuring Process Builders and Flows.
    • Experience building Web APIs to connect salesforce with middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
    • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how to apply them in development of user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile access to CRM functionality
    • Proficiency debugging and solving application errors quickly using development best practices.
    • Proven delivery experience in a customer-focused environment.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to self-manage and excel in a small team environment.


    What Will Put You Ahead

    •Experience integrating salesforce platforms with ERP systems and other software solutions such as phone systems, email applications, and back end inventory management solutions.

    •Experience in designing and implementing data models, data dictionaries, and data governance/management practices within a CRM platform.

    •Experience working with MuleSoft integration tools.

    •Experience working with user analytics and marketing tools such as salesforce® Einstein, Pardot and Google Analytics.

    •Experience with Agile methodology and working in a scrum team setting.
