- Provide and transfer telephone service for the company.
- Visitor reception management according to visitor management program.
- Welcome board update and management.
- Company express & magazine & letter service etc.
- Other miscellaneous admin work.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct.
- College degree or above.
- 1+ years experience in the reception or admin.
- Major in English is preferred.
- Be familiar with office software.
- Good oral &writing English skill.
- Good communication &coordination skill.
